Zingle will be undergoing a system maintenance with downtime on Monday, December 12 from 10pm - 2am Pacific (Tues, Dec 13 1am - 5am EST)

During this time, the entire Zingle application will be offline, including all messaging functionality. Contact/CSV imports over Email and SFTP will be unavailable starting at 6pm Pacific. Any CSV files sent after this time will not be accepted or processed.

Inbound messages will receive the following automated message during the downtime window, and will not appear in the Inbox:

“We're sorry, but your message was not received. Our service is currently offline for an upgrade. We are scheduled to be back online starting at 2am Pacific. Please message again when we’re back up.”
