Monitoring - Our team has made the required configuration updates to resolve these delays and issues, and Scheduled Zings should be working now.

Missing outbound messages should also appear in the Conversation List view. Any users still noticing missed messages should refresh the page and re-try sending.

Slight residual delays may continue as our system works through the backlog. Users should note that past Scheduled Messages between 3:00 am - 2:00pm EST on 11/18 may not have gone out.

Any customers still experiencing issues should may also reach out to Support through the in-product chat.

Investigating - We're aware that Zingle is currently experiencing issues with Scheduled Messages not being sent out, and in some cases messages to groups not working

We've engaged our team and are actively investigating and working on a resolution. We'll provide an update as soon as we have one.

Resolved - Our team has made the required updates to resolve these issues, and confirmed the Zingle app should be working normally now for all users now. Some users may need to refresh the page or log out and log back in in order to see conversations or be able to send messages.

Identified - We have identified an issue where some users are unable to access their Zingle service or send manual messages. Our team is actively working on resolving this issue, and have already identified a possible cause.

Thursday November 18 1:00 AM - 3:00 AM EST.

This update will require preventative downtime, which means your Zingle Inbox will be unavailable during these times. An automated reply will be sent to any contacts who message in during the downtime window informing them that your text line is temporarily down for maintenance

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented that is aimed at restoring the Web/Mobile apps.

We ask that users refresh the tab they have the Web app loaded in (close and relaunch on Mobile). You should observe full recovery of the apps afterward.

Identified - Zingle has been made aware of some issues impacting the successful loading of the Zingle web/mobile apps. In most cases, users will observe extended delays or the app fails to load entirely.

We are currently monitoring this issue and expect to have it fixed within the next 15 to 20 minutes. You may track issue resolution here https://status.zingle.me/
