Identified - Printers should be back online for customers but there may be an issue with confirmation msgs. We are actively looking into issues with the printer failing to send Confirmation Msgs.

We've corrected the issue affecting Zingle-shortened URLs. All new and previously sent URLs that were shortened by Zingle should be working correctly now.

We have identified the cause of the issues with CSV imports over Email and SFTP, and a fix has been implemented to address them.
