A fix has been implemented by our Development team and we are continuing to monitor as we are now seeing successful messages both sent and received. We will continue to update on this issue, thanks for your patience.

We are currently investigating an issue with outbound messages not being sent from Concierge. Our development team has been alerted and is currently looking into the issue for a fix. Once we have more information we will update. Apologies for the issue and thank you for your patience.
