The Medallia Concierge application (app.zingle.me) will be undergoing system maintenance with downtime on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, starting at 7 am EDT (4 am PDT). Maintenance and downtime is scheduled to last approximately 1 hour.
During this time, the Concierge application will be offline, with the Inbox and Messaging functionality unavailable during this time.
Inbound messages received during this time will not appear in the Inbox but will receive an automated reply to alert end users that the service is undergoing maintenance.
