We've taken the necessary measures to resolve issues affecting the Concierge App for users and are seeing the system recover.

Users may have experienced the web app not finish loading, or being unusable for a brief period. Refreshing the page or re-opening the Concierge App is advised if issues continue to be experienced.

We're continuing to monitor system performance and ensure full recovery.
