The Medallia Concierge application in the SEA1 Environment (app-1.zingle.sea1.medallia.com) will be undergoing a system maintenance with downtime tonight, April 5 from 1am - 7am EST

During this time, the Concierge application will be offline, with the Inbox and Messaging functionality unavailable during these times.

Inbound messages will receive an automated message during the downtime window, and will not appear in the Inbox.
