The URL Shortener Service for the Medallia Concierge Application will be undergoing maintenance on Wednesday, April 12, starting at 1am EST

During this window, URLs sent through the Concierge Application will not be shortened into zngl.me links. There may also be a short period where sending URLs takes longer than normal.
